Produced with Riesling Renano and Pinot Noir vinified in white.
Sugar residue 18 g/l, total acidity 8.0, alcohol 12% by vol.
An extravagant interpretation of Riesling Renano winemaking with the addition of a small percentage of Pinot Noir vinified in white. This is an original wine, the result of an experiment based on the characteristics of the vintage, most of all for the blend based upon the balance of sugar residue and acidity. Fermented and refined in iron vats.
